WP5 – Quality assurance

The Quality Assurance Working Group will develop a Quality Assurance Plan. It will define progress indicators and the means of collecting them. A monthly meeting of partners helps to check that operations are going according to planning and that delivered products are being produced on time. Courses and resources produced by one university will be controlled by another in a circular pattern. As a result, all resources and certification test questions are peer-reviewed prior to final application. The quality assurance team develops satisfaction questionnaires to assess the impact of activities.
