WP1- Management

WP Management handles project coordination via a private website (documents, meetings, forum) and a steering committee (with MESRS) for strategic decisions. The coordinator sets rules, signs bilateral agreements, organizes annual assemblies, and schedules committee meetings alongside them to cut costs.

  • Organize the kick-off meeting, the general assemblies and the closing ceremony.
  • Set up a steering committee
  • Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of the project
  • Write the intermediate and final report of the project
  • Administer external audit outsourcing
